Trying to work on kid's snow day

I work from home full time and I am on the phone constantly throughout the day. So, my day can be a bit challenging when the kids are home. Rylee is usually pretty quiet, but Thomas on the other hand is so obnoxious when he plays video games! He plays online with his friends and is constantly yelling at the screen or slamming stuff down on his desk. He is just so damn loud. To top it off my husband went in Thomas’s room today and took his headset. He started messing around with Thomas’s friends and of course Thomas didn’t like that and was yelling even more. I had to remind them all several times today that I was working!!! Ugh the joys of teenage boys!
