Proud Momma Moment

Today start off like any other, wake up, get the kids ready for school, drink my coffee and sit down at my desk to work. It was a stressful day at work trying to get employee reviews done before the weekend. They are due on Monday and of course I am the Queen of procrastination. I finished all 5 by 4:00pm. I was spent. So, I log off and go cook dinner that everyone complained about! The recipe on Pinterest indicated it was supposed to be amazing baked chicken. Well needless to say my family was less then amazed. It called for breading the chicken with a mixture of breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and dry ranch dressing mix. It had the potential to be delicious, but the ranch dressing made it so salty it was almost unbearable, so I can’t really blame my family for complaining. After dinner I sit down on the couch with my husband and we both start staring at our Ipads. He is looking at some car parts, like usual. I am watching videos on home to make passive income. So, one of the videos suggested starting a Blog. So, I thought what the hell, why not. My mother is always telling I should write a book due to all of the outlandish things that seem to happen to me. However, I don’t have the patience to write a book, so here is my blog. This is where I thought my night would end but I had kept my email up and when I sat down I scrolled through my email to make sure I didn’t miss anything important I saw an email from my son’s teacher. Now my son is a whole different story, but I wanted to share with you that I actually got a teacher compliment rather than a complaint about my son!!! I was thrilled apparently he heard another student make a racial comment about a boy in his class and he didn’t like that and told the child he didn’t and stuck up for the other student. Finally an email that didn’t say my son got kicked out of class!! Whoo hoo proud Momma moment-for now.
